Le Smash

I visited Le Smash to try their "Le Special" burger with extra bacon. The burger had a distinct crunch, slightly drying the meat. The bacon, unfortunately, was undercooked and lacked the desired crispiness, which was disappointing. However, the sauce was a highlight, adding a delightful tanginess that balanced the dryness. But sauce made it worthwhile. A little more attention to the bacon's cook could elevate the experience significantly.
